Hi, I’m Ashley.

New Hampshire transplant from New Jersey. Full-time working mom of three. ChatGPT enthusiast (obviously), and a big believer in cannabis and color-coded chaos.

I started @_theoverstimulatedmom not because I had answers — but because I had questions... and spirals... and a desperate need for an outlet. What began as a personal pressure release has grown into a space where moms who feel constantly needed, emotionally depleted, and wildly overstimulated come to laugh, learn, and feel less alone.

This is for the moms who:

  • Are drowning in goldfish crumbs and group texts

  • Are drinking more than they want to—or trying not to

  • Have ADHD brains begging for systems that actually work

  • Are navigating mental health and missing their spark

  • Are ambitious as hell but stuck in survival mode

This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s the in-between moments—the bathroom floor breakdowns, the 2-minute victories, the slightly-too-loud inner monologue. It’s routines and resets. Mess and meaning. Humor, healing, and just enough structure to stay standing.

I’m not the aspirational mom. I’m the one holding space in the chaos, asking, “Same?”

If you’re here to breathe, break, rebuild, and maybe laugh while doing it—welcome.

I don’t promise perfection. I’m not your guru. But if you’re overstimulated, slightly unhinged, and looking for routines, mocktails, or memes to keep you grounded — I’m your girl.

Let’s spiral. But with a plan.
